Diane L.M. Cook is a Calgary, Alberta, Canada-based freelance writer and editor. Diane is a member of the Professional Writers Association of Canada (PWAC), the Editor's Association of Canada (EAC), and the Alberta Magazine Publishers Association (AMPA).

Since 1999, Diane has had over 300 articles published in over a dozen Canadian magazines such as Alberta Construction Magazine (ACM), Alberta Oil, Alberta Venture, Canadian Lawyer, CPCA, the Canadian Oil & Gas Review, Octane, Oil & Gas Inquirer, Oil & Gas Network, Oilsands Review, Oilweek, Opulence, PLS, PSAC OnStream, ReNew Canada, SAIT Alumni Link, The Oil & Gas Magazine, and Your Convenience Manager (YCM).

Diane has edited newsletters for a community association and a non-profit organization. She also edited the CPCA and Octane magazines in 2007. She currently edits reports for The Law Society of Alberta.
